It felt like the perfect afternoon to slow down over Thai food — bringing together the bright acidity of lime, the gentle heat of chili, and the tropical sweetness of mango. At SaiTong Thai, the meal began with Mango Salad with Grilled Shrimp. Shredded mango, grilled shrimp, red onion, scallions, cilantro, grape tomatoes, cashews, and coconut are tossed in a spicy lime dressing. The crisp mango comes first, followed by the refreshing acidity of lime. Grilled shrimp adds a tender, slightly springy texture, while cashews bring a satisfying crunch. Sweet, sour, spicy, and nutty flavors come together in a way that feels especially refreshing for summer. The soft shell crab curry spaghetti was amazing. I removed a star for the one steak dish being just ok. It had too much fat for that price point. (We also cook steak phenomenal ourselves. If you aren't picky, it did have nice flavor. Decide for yourself.) All in all I'd go back. There were other things on the menu to try.

Had a great dinner at Sailong Thai! We ordered the Spicy Pork Legs and the Black Spaghetti, and both were absolutely delicious. The pork was tender and packed with flavor, and the black spaghetti was unique, rich, and perfectly cooked. A special shoutout to our server, AM, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout the meal. Their recommendations and great service made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai food and outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Thai flavors. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to our server, Blue, who provided exceptional service. Blue was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the meal. They gave great recommendations, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant, and if you have the chance, ask for Blue—you’ll be in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!

We came to eat here after a broadway show, the location is great for this. The food was lovely, green curry was a bit too spicy but loved it anyways. However, we felt that the servers were rushing us, we ate super quickly and then wanted a small break before dessert. The waiter asked us if we wanted dessert and recommended the mango sticky rice, I asked her to see the rest of the desserts but she quickly said them to us rather than bringing a menu. Then 2 mins later she came again asking if we wanted dessert, at this point I felt under pressure to just order something so we asked for anything with ice cream. It was annoying that we couldn’t see the full dessert menu as I probably would have ordered something different. We hadn’t finished our dessert when she basically then threw the check on our table. When we were paying we paid with card and I was going to use my last dollars of cash for the tip. She saw that my partners payment didn’t include tip and I had my purse out she said you can leave tip here, 3 times to me when I was trying to count my cash. All this was happening and she was stood directly over me, demanding her tip. It’s a shame this happened as it was very awkward an
